Sean Potter is a Maine-based performer and educator. Sean performs regularly as the lead alto in the Portland Jazz Orchestra. In this role, Sean has performed with numerous guest artists including Bob Mintzer, Wayne Bergeron, Conrad Herwig, Dennis DiBlasio, and the New York Voices.

In addition, Sean plays 2nd tenor with the Seacoast Big Band in New Hampshire. Recent featured guest artists have included Bob Wilbur, Mike Tomaro, George Stone, John Fedchock, and Michael Mossman. Other highlights include performing with Clark Terry, Frank Foster, Matt Catingub, and the Glenn Miller Orchestra.
